Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping time
UK & Europe : 3-5 business days from delivery date
Worldwide : 5-7 business days from delivery date 

Although rare, Europe and Worldwide orders can take up to 2-8 weeks to move through import destinations and customs (if applicable). Every country has different customs times, and we recommend that you contact your local shipping service if you believe your item is being held.

Lost Packages
Delivery times are only an estimate and might take longer than expected. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number provided or by contacting your local post carrier for more info. If your package is lost, please contact me and I will resend your order 👍.

Damage & other errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

Message me and attach a photo, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.

You are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are not associated with Saturn Post. Your local courier will likely contact you before delivery to let you know if anything needs to be paid. I recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.
